How Abfig uses essential cookies and cookieless analytics

This Cookie Policy explains how Abfig (https://abfig.com/) uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not show a cookie-consent banner because we do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or persistent web analytics.

Essential cookies and local storage

Some features need local state to work. These are not used to build advertising profiles or track you across websites:

  • Authentication cookies: Better Auth uses session cookies after you sign in with Google so that your account stays signed in and protected routes work.
  • Language preference: NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you choose.
  • Theme preference: active_theme remembers your selected display theme.
  • Internal analytics test flag: authorised internal testing may set umami_internal; ordinary visitors do not receive this cookie.

Blocking or deleting essential cookies may sign you out or reset your language and theme preferences.

Analytics without cookies

We use a self-hosted Umami instance for aggregate traffic and product-event measurement. Umami's tracking script does not use cookies or track visitors across sites. We do not run Microsoft Clarity, advertising tags, retargeting tags, or social-media tracking cookies on Abfig.

Google sign-in

When you choose Sign in with Google, Google handles that sign-in flow under its own privacy and cookie practices. Abfig receives the account information needed to create and maintain your account; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Managing cookies

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and saved preferences may not work as expected.
